Rental Item For Pick Up Only

Renter agrees to return the equipment to Rainbow Promotions or its affiliates in good repair, condition and working order, less normal wear and depreciation while the equipment is out of the our possession. Any equipment damaged beyond repair or not returned will be paid for at its replacement cost by the client. The cost of damage will be the responsibility of the renter where minimal efforts were made to protect it or damage of equipment was caused by sabotage or misuse. If the equipment is brought back late the renter will be charged a full day’s rental fee per day. In addition, you acknowledge that the failure to return rented item(s) within the contracted time and the sale and concealment of rented item(s) are prohibited, and that such action may constitute a crime. Rainbow Promotions or its affiliates, in addition to any other action it may take with regard to items that are not timely returned may notify the authorities and take other action, including the filing of criminal complaints subjecting you to criminal prosecution.
